This book is about a twelve-year-old Anna that is looking forward to the birth of her baby brother but unfortunately he is disabled as he got hydrocephalus and will never be like other children. Although Ben,her baby brother is disabled,Anna still loves him with her whole heart, but she finds herself unable to admit the truth of Ben's condition to her school of friends.

This story is just like my twin sister and I in real life.I am disabled and I thought my sister would not be able to say the truth of my condition,but to be honest,she did not.There was one time my sister told me that her friend asked her if i have any medical condition and she told me she answered proudly and said she may be different from us but she is still the best sister to her.As I read the book,I can feel how my sister felt when was being asked by her friends.In the book,chapter four,Anna brought Ben to school.Her friends were mocking and every face in her class was agog with curiosity.Anna was brave and said,"Ben is severely disabled but he knows how to laugh,and love people,and he is sweet and ador able".I,as a reader,was actually touched by what she have said without hesitation to her class
